What needs fixing?
How a repair works
Three steps, no surprises.
Tell us what's wrong
Call or send the form. Give us the appliance, the brand and what it's doing — that's usually enough for us to bring the right parts.
We confirm a time window
You get a two-hour window, not a whole day. We text when the technician is on the way.
Fixed, priced up front
We diagnose, quote the repair and wait for your yes. Most jobs are finished in the same visit.
What we repair
All major residential and commercial brands. If it's in your kitchen or laundry room, we probably fix it.
Fridges and freezers
Cooling loss is the most common call we get, and it's usually a failed defrost heater, a dead fan or a compressor relay — not a new fridge.
Not cooling · frost build-up · water pooling · loud or constant running
Washers
Front loaders and top loaders, including stacked units. We carry common pumps, belts and door seals on the truck.
Won't drain · won't spin · leaking · shaking or banging · error codes
Dryers
Gas and electric. A dryer that runs but doesn't heat is nearly always an element, thermostat or thermal fuse.
No heat · takes several cycles · won't start · squealing · burning smell
Dishwashers
Poor cleaning is often a blocked spray arm or a worn wash pump rather than a broken machine.
Dishes still dirty · standing water · leaking onto the floor · won't drain
Ranges and cooktops
Gas and electric, plus wall ovens. Igniters, elements, control boards and temperature calibration.
Burner won't light · oven runs hot or cold · clicking · no power to one side
Microwaves
Countertop, built-in and over-the-range. Note: if yours is under $200 to replace, we'll tell you straight.
Runs but doesn't heat · sparking · turntable stuck · door latch failure
Hood fans
Weak extraction is usually grease-loaded blades or a tired motor. We clean, replace and re-balance.
Weak suction · loud rattle · lights out · fan won't switch off
Ice makers
Built-in and standalone. Also a common commercial call from cafés and restaurants.
No ice · hollow or small cubes · leaking · slow production

Common questions
What does a visit cost?
The service call is which covers travel and diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, that fee comes off the bill. You'll get a firm price for the repair before any work starts — nothing is charged without your approval.
Can you come today?
Often, yes. Call before 11 AM and there's a good chance of a same-day slot in Edmonton. Outside the city it's usually next day.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Parts and labour are covered for 90 days. If the same fault returns in that window, the return visit costs you nothing.
Do you carry parts with you?
We stock the common failure parts for major brands on the truck. If yours needs an ordered part, we'll tell you the cost and the lead time at the visit — typically [2–5 business days].
Should I repair it or replace it?
We'll tell you honestly. As a rule of thumb, if the repair costs more than half the price of a comparable new unit and the appliance is over ten years old, replacing is usually the better call. We'd rather say so than sell you a repair that won't last.
Do you work on commercial appliances?
Yes — restaurants, cafés, salons, laundromats and rental properties. Commercial ice makers and dishwashers are a regular part of our week.
